The Caddo-Bossier Parishes Port Commission currently has an opening for:

Job Title: Legal Administrator

Description: Responsible for the day to day operational management of the Office of General Counsel, including the preparation of contracts, litigation pleadings, resolutions, ordinances and other legal documents and correspondence under the general supervision of the General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or Paralegal Certification  
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a legal setting
  • Notary Certification desired  
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
  • Ability to meet the jobs physical demands and work environment conditions
